I drive over 100 miles for Jayme Troup when I could drive 15min from my town and be closer. Jayme makes appts a friendly, caring, and at home experience, and takes the time to explain everything that needs to be explained in a way that I can understand.
I like this wound clinic the best of anywhere in the Kansas City area, the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, they got my would healed up so fast I couldn’t believe it! So if you have a wound don’t go anywhere else, this is the place to be!
Very sad to say that there is a person there that had no compassion for anyone. While the doctor and pa were good, there was a care giver there that held me down even after being told she was hurting me, causing me great pain and further injury. All because she wanted to remove bandages in a certain manner. Even after being reported, this person remains employed there. I am told she works with the hyperbaric section. I felt like I was in great hands at Wound Evolution. I never thought I'd heal so well or so quickly. All the clinicians & staff were very caring, helpful, kind and attentive.
