We are so thankful for Columbus Wound Care! Everyone was so nice and took time to explain everything. We would have been lost without them.

This is my third time as a client (patient?) with this center. The nurses and doctors are wonderful, personable, and likable. They see and tend to a lot of issues day in and day out, but always seem to be smiling. Columbus Regional -- Give them another machine to take vitals with. They need more than one.

Was hopeful upon entering to take care of a nasty infection from a torn skin graft. I get scheduled for a Friday afternoon and NOBODY was there. I swear I was scheduled for it, records show I was put down as a 10:30 instead and nobody bothered to tell me or correct it. So that day I had a shower in anticipation of the bandages getting re wrapped. With nobody around no re wrap of course. 2 days go by with an exposed wound because it's hard for me to reach due to my obesity. I finally get back, get them re wrapped... Still irr... read more

This is my second go-around in the past year with two different problems. First time, Dr treated infection for weeks & weeks with little improvement. After my admission to a rehab facility, the problem was cleared up in no time. This second problem was met by the same hurried, uncaring Dr who was not listening to my concerns. Finally have switched Drs. to see how it goes.
