I’m currently in the ER. I came in with my nonverbal, level 3 autistic 4 year old who has a high fever. We were told to wait. The ER was packed. I sat for a few minutes but immediately decided NO because my kid has a fever of 102 and hasn’t been well for 48 hours. THE PUBLIC IS NOT SAFE AT THIS HOSPITAL. I will be filing formal complaints. I would not recommend this hospital after what my husband experienced here on multiple occasions. Not only do they have horrible customer service, attitudes, and a lack of care leaving patients for hours or forgetting when they need something b out these are also serious patient safety concerns. Can not say enough great things about this hospital and the quality of care I received. I flew in from N Carolina and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I’ve never been in a hospital before where everyone seemed to truly CARE. I couldn’t have made a better choice. Special thanks to Anthony, Matt, Dorothy, Maria, Jacklyn, Nadia and Bea and Ricki.
