We have insurance, yet we were charged THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS for 2 office visits! I have requested to speak to someone, and no response. I have requested itemized billing, no response. Tell me how you are charging me 1400 for each visit, AND over 600 to use a room? I hope you decide to contact me please. I have been trying for over a MONTH to resolve this.
