I find Pleasant Hill Family Medicine to be great! I more consistently meet with Dr. Tae and he's wonderful! It's really sad seeing so many negative reviews on here because people don't like the "attitude" of the front desk receptionists. All I see when I visit is that the receptionists are just working very hard. Personally, I don't think they have attitudes. They're just focused on their work and I'm appreciative of that. The doctors here are excellent, but the front desk is a major problem that needs to be addressed. While the newer, younger staff — especially the young men — are polite, professional, and speak clearly, the older front desk women are consistently rude, dismissive, and difficult to communicate with due to poor English. This is a serious issue when they’re delivering critical information like test results. Patients shouldn’t have to struggle to understand something so important.
