Love all the doctors and the staff Everyone is always super nice to me
This clinic has extremely poor communication and unethical billing practices. Their phone number is never reachable, and to this day I have received no explanation for why I was charged a high additional fee for a vaccine injection, even though they were fully aware that my visit was supposed to be a free physical examination. What makes this even worse is that after I was forced to pay the bill, they continued to send me the same bill repeatedly, again and again, as if the payment never happened. Please be extremely careful with this medical center. Their pricing is completely unclear and highly misleading. Before my appointment, I clearly told them I was coming in for a routine physical covered by insurance. This was a standard checkup, and I explicitly said I wanted to use my insurance so the visit would be covered. During the visit, the doctor asked some basic questions, including whether I was registered for vaccines. I said no, and she immediately said she would give me two vaccines.
