My boyfriend and I signed a lease and will be moving in a few short weeks! In addition to the incredible building manager (Greg) the decor and landscaping are incredible sights. I feel like I've watched this place develop over the last few months and couldn't be more excited to choose Worthington Yards as a residence!
Beautiful units with many unique floor plans. They did a great job with this renovation. Take a tour and see for yourself.
Just went on a tour today and reserved a unit this afternoon. Absolutely stunning combination of modern amenities with architecture from the early 1900s. Awesome price point too!! Not quite finished but if you have any sort of vision it will be the creme of the crop when it's done (nov/dec). Reserve early. You won't regret it!
If I were young and hip, I would live here. It's going to be unlike any other downtown property.
