I cannot tell you how thankful I am for Dr. Brad Price. My 9 year old son slipped and broke a tooth this evening. His dentist did not have an emergency number and I could not find anyone to help. Thankfully my friend located Dr. Price's website. He had an emergency number and even though he is not our dentist, he allowed me to send him pictures of the damage to determine if he needed to be seen tonight. All of my children go here and it is never a problem. It is in and out! If there were ever any issues they are sure to let us know and explain it to my wife and I until we understand thoroughly.
I am horrible at names, but the Dentist and Dental Hygenist were awesome. My daughter had to get 4 baby teeth pulled and I was more of a nervous wreck than she was. They were so personable! I never feel like we are just a number!
Great staff, amazing response time for request for appointment. Was able to fit us in for treatment same day as cleaning...amazingly flexible. Positive attitudes and friendly faces all throughout office. Great job with my anxious child experiencing treatment for the 1st time! Thank you!
Dr Brad and his dental assistant (forgot her name) were amazing with my child today! She was super calm and they explained everything they were doing to her and made sure she wasn't scared. Definitely going to keep seeing Dr Brad :)
We've generally been very pleased with our visits, however, yesterdays visit was a little frustrating. My son, now 9, returned home from camp with a serious toothache. 9 days of pain. We went in Monday and they insisted on cleaning his teeth first, then checking the toothache. While nothing seemed visible, he was sent home with an antibiotic and told to keep giving children's pain meds for another 7-10 days and then after that they'd think about next steps.
