Do not use this company. We signed up for a $60 furnace check up. They sent a guy out. When he was done he said everything was working fine, although our air conditioner was new, the furnace was older but working good. He then recommended we replace both just so that everything would be new. He thought we would want to just “get ahead of it and since you are replacing the furnace, might as well have a new AC to match (even though the AC is new)” He then said “a comfort advisor (or coordinator) would call and talk to us” abo... read more

Do not use this company to save your life. The owner Billy is about as competent as a walnut, and the customer service is incredibly rude. If there is any other company that you can use in the area, use them. I don't see this business staying around much longer.

I do not recommend this company. We had a brand new heating and air conditioning unit installed and have had nothing but issues since the installation. This company refused to warranty their work.

Completely incompetent, stay away! Had to have whole ventilation redone by another company. Pipe inside wall leaks coolant from bad welds! A complete utter nightmare!!!!
