Mike Gonzales is the best person to deal with, any one else seems sketchy. Took car in this past Sat, had to work (in healthcare during this pandemic time). Told ok to pick up at 5pm, check out at front desk. Went to pick up car at 5pm, front desk knows nothing about, don't have keys; come back when service opens on Mon. Staff seemed disinterested in helping. Came on Sunday, asked again. Hammad the manager only one who helped me in this situation. He was able to allow me to pick up car, pay and drive it out. I would never recommend anyone the Cal Worthington. At first everything seemed fine, and I was like Wow! finally nice sales people. Then some Issue's with my f 150, ,I attempted many times by phone and text to set up a maintenance appointment to get them repaired. Got to see this Moran name Scot in maintenance finally, and he did Micky mouse some repairs. I went to Worthington Ford yesterday to trade in my flex for a new edge and the sales manager Jim A didn't give me any options on trading my lease in only gave me the residual run around. I went to Norm reeves ford and apparently there where a couple of options out the for me and we found the right fit for the right price. Maybe Jim should have spent a little more time with me and not hurried me out the door. We bought a new Ford Fusion yesterday from Worthington Ford in Long Beach. We were treated like royalty! Fred's team was so helpful, and the financial advisor, Mo, worked very hard to make the best deal for us, and he did! He surprised us with an amazing interest rate, no down and sent us home in a beautiful Fusion! We're very grateful for the hard work and tenacity it took to get us in to this beautiful, comfortable car without even raising our payments!

I like this dealer a lot they helped us get approved for our first car a 2012 convertible Mustang. They weren't pushy they helped get into just what we wanted not what they wanted to sell us and every time I've been back since for maintenance has been great I usually deal with William Flores for sales and Mike Gonzales in service I honestly suggest to go see them. I'm extremely happy with everything about this dealer
