Love this place. It has change a lot. I live here 2 years ago and just come back couple of months ago I LOVE THE CHANGES THAT HAS BEEN MADE .The complete area have bad reputation but this complex is very good. we have cameras around the Property also gate is close. Some times the people brake the gate but management is very professional on top of everything take care the situation right away. Office personnel very helpful and friendly . I currently reside in The Worthington. The unit infested with bugs, roaches and gnats. I have the exterminator in weekly with no results. It also is not handicap accessible. To my surprise my rent started at $450 a month , the following year , they raised the rent to $500. A whole 50 dollars was overwhelming. Not to mention the other bill of water , sewage and trash another 30 dollars a month , all to be paid when the rent is due. I see why the turn over rate is extremely high.
The ads for this apt complex are completely deceiving. The area is bad and the maintenance and up keep is bad. The nice pool you see in ads is a yucky green in reality and the outside looks like its been thru bad storm. The apts are old ,kitchen cabinets are not what they appear unless they are in the higher priced units. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
I would not recommend this property to anyone. The property is not well maintained. If anything major needs repairing such as hot water or transformers on the property it takes them at least a week to repair. If you want a quiet peaceful location this is not for you. Especially at night.
