I have no idea what this place is, but I’m being asked about it
WHAT A DISASTER!! I was the first resident EVER there back in 2010 and this building has literally gotten worse and worse every year. Let us get this out of the way: THE BEST and only good things about this building are the location and the maintenance staff. It is literally right in downtown Delray on Atlantic Ave. Second, the maintenance staff, especially Manny, are literally great. Super responsive, friendly and competent. Worthing Place is OK there's things I like and things I don't like but the best thing about this building is Manny and Abel the maintenance guys. They are excellent.O
