I am a new patient and very pleased and excited about my new braces and the care I am and will be receiving at Dr Worth's office. I was referred to Dr Worth by Dr. Smith (my dentist for the past 16 years) and feel confident that although an expensive process, I am making the right choice with Dr. Worth and the plan he has to fix my teeth. Everyone of Dr. worth's staff is pleasant and extremely knowledgable. Also, since I am an older patient, I decided to go with the porcelain braces :)

Horrible experience, staff made careless mistakes including brace removal leaving numerous scratches on all my upper and lower teeth, given the wrong retainer which did not pull my front teeth down per the doctor’s orders, now other doctors say it’s too late to correct. Often, felt I was competing for my time during my appointment with staff, attention definitely was not on me. Front desk gave me information about the doctor that should have been kept private and had I known never would have allowed treatment by the doctor. ... read more

They seemed to know enough How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? The worst I have seen Did this provider have reasonable prices? No, it was expensive.
It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
