This is my second visit in an eighteen month period for a hearing test. They are thorough and very professional. It is easily accessed for an old lady so I am very happy with my visit
It was easy to get an appointment at the Rio Rancho Office. The staff are professional. Dr. Gonzalez did a great job in administering the hearing test and checking for other complications. It was great to get timely service with a smile.
Dr. Bonnie Ratliff provided excellent hearing evaluation services to me last week. She was thorough and generous- especially since I was 10 minutes late for final appointment if the day. She clearly has a weath of experience (trained at Gallaudette University) and was well versed in both bone-anchored hearing aids, of regular hear aids and how to continually assess a complex hearing loss. They are so patient (pun intended) and patient-oriented!!! They had patience with my innumerable questions and explained the steps with clarity.
Staff all very professional and knowledgeable, explained things well . Only issue was with them not dealing with my insurance. So people should check their insurance it to see that they are covered , or be prepared to pay a tidy sum if you need hearing assistance devices,
