Buyer beware. I found Worth Hearing Center to have questionable ethics. They billed me over $2,000 for what should have been my health insurance negotiated discount (they didn't honor their contract with my insurance provider and billed us for it). In the end, we returned the hearing aids and paid the $300 restocking fee just so that we can go somewhere more trustworthy. I needed an audiogram for an ENT appointment, Worth Hearing center was able to get me in quickly. Staff was very kind, especially Dr. Gonzales who explained the test as well as the results thoroughly. I did not feel rushed or dismissed either.
