I love love Dr. Dave and Lucy. They make you feel like your family and they really care about you. My daughters and I have received the best care from Doc. Also Lucy is the best she always puts a smile on my face. I love them both.
Hands down one of the best doctors I actually enjoy going to. Dr Dave and Lucy are truly amazing!! I can’t say enough how amazing they are!! 10/10 highly recommend!!
Called for an appointment for an emergency and the receptionist was very rude. As a medical professional myself working in private practice I understand wholeheartedly how important it is for my front desk staff to be professional and compassionate towards patients. If my front desk staff answered the phone the way this receptionist did they’d be out of a job.
I had major reconstructive surgery on my foot as a child, doctors are afraid of me and do not know what to do with me. Dr. Iaccino has been very kind gives his idea of treatment and listens to me and believes me when I tell him of my pain level. He also does house calls, for the absolute necessity of some, this is amazing as it only makes sense. It's hard to walk when your in pain. Very empathic doctor.
I never write reviews but I just received a nasty call back from their receptionist for a new child patient. I work at a medical practice as well and talking to (possible) patients with kindness is SO important! This review isn’t for the whole medical practice it’s for their receptionist Lucy. I know you guys don’t need my child as a patient. Sorry if she’s having a crabby shift but I’m trying to make an appointment for my child while I’m running a 101.2 fever with the flu 👎
