I love Worry Free Pet Care services! From my sitter Susan to the overall management by Lorrie and Eric Culp. Well done all! My dog is still young and learning new skills and Susan communicates how he did with each visit and corrects behavior if needed. It's obvious that he loves the visits! I've been using Fetch services for 15 years now and wouldn't rely on anyone else to take care of my fur baby.

I’m a traveling nurse, so my dog nd I bounce around a lot…THIS is exactly the kind of business we wish could find in all the places we go! Fetch! Is accommodating, and helpful (it was much easier to work with them than try to work with strangers through an app), I told them the dates we needed, and they were there! They did a fantastic job walking my dog while I was stuck at the hospital for 12 hours. My dog adored Shelbi and Amanda. This is definitely a dog lover owned business. I trust Worry Free Pet Care dog-sitters to be reliable and responsible every single time that they care for my dog (they are) and to provide her with lots of love and affection (they do). (If the sitters were not terrific, I would look elsewhere.) The icing on the cake is that Worry Free is a well managed company that bills me accurately, and stays in touch if there are any issues about anything at all.

I was apprehensive about hiring a dog walker - a stranger in my home caring for my dog - yikes! I am so grateful for Fetch! Pet Care of Des Moines. The people who walk my dog are AMAZING. They provide full reports on every contact that include comments, what they did, pictures of their time with my dog, and a map of where they walked. The customer service at Fetch! I would 100% recommend fetch to anyone. This was our first time being out of town without a family member available to watch our 2 cats. It was an emergency trip to see a sick family member, so it was already a stressful situation but the staff at fetch, particularly Shelbi, made us feel so relieved about the whole situation. She went above and beyond for us and we appreciate it so much! It is clear that fetch has true animal lovers who care and it makes such a difference.
