I had a great experience with Worrell’s! The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Might be under new management but that doesn't necessarily make them better than before. Took two alternators and asked them to swap out alternator pullies from my old to new one. I already had the alternator removed from my truck making the job extra easy and quick. Would have taken perhaps 5 minutes to do with an impact driver and socket. Would have happily paid twenty dollars for that five minutes to do the job but the counterman said they were too busy to do it while I waited. No go. Won't be back to this garage again.
