A man driving a worly box truck down Bridge St during the holidays, on the phone, in the left lane, going 25 in a 40, was obviously upset with someone and it showed in his behavior on the road. I tried to pass him once he speeds up and throws a hand up at me, so I try again, flipping him off this time, and make it in front of him finally.
