I don't often write reviews, but Steve, who came out to do my estimate was great. In fact, we didn't hire them, because we no longer need the service. However, if we were still hiring, I would have definitely hired them based on Steve's honesty alone. I've had several waterproofers come out, and the amount of "sales" involved is pretty intense. This company did a great job installing a french drain for me. The staff was nice and got the job done in 3 days. Fantastic basement waterproofing provider for the washington dc area.
I would like to shout out George from worldwide waterproofing. He came out to inspect our basement where we had found water. Based he his expertise he told us that the water was coming from the hot water heater and not out sump pump which made sense. He saved us tons of money that other companies was trying to charge us an arm and leg for. This company installed jacks in my crawlspace to keep the house stable in August of 2019. I started contacting them late 2020 to let them know that an area in my house is sinking. They gave me the complete run around until December 2021 to correct the problem, however, they never had the repair inspected. I have asked 4 times this month, April 2020, for an inspection from the engineer that suggested the repair. Each time I have been give a reason as to why I need to wait a few more days. We had Allen come out to our house to see if waterproofing would aid in preventing mold issues after a recent remediation. He was so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.
