Bottom line: I purchased a ***STOLEN VEHICLE*** through WWVA. According to them, they purchased it, and it had a clean title. A few months later, I received a call from the Denver Police telling me that the vehicle was stolen. WWVA says they are not responsible and will not refund my money. I'm a customer dealing with what I thought was a good business. They have no sense of responsibility or integrity. Stay away from them. I purchased a 1973 Jeep from WWVA on November 9th, 2023. On their website, it was stated that the ... read more
BUYER BEWARE!!! I recently purchased a vehicle from Worldwide Vintage Autos, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite assurances of thorough inspections and accurate representations, the vehicle I received did not meet the standards advertised. The 30-point inspection report claimed all fluids were clean and full, yet upon closer inspection, this was not the case. Additionally, the vehicle exhibited significant mechanical issues, such as noticeable oil spraying and smoking from the engine, whic... read more
They will burn you like they did me. Take a look at the extensive complaints list on BBB"s complaint site. A hundred of them. They falsely advertise vehicles and lie about their condition and history. I got burned for 18.000 on a jeep CJ that wasn't road worthy apon delivery. Bad clutch, bad brakes, power steering leak, no working directionals, no rearview mirrors, no window crank on passenger side and the paint was blistering and flaking off all over it. Looked like a 200 dollar Earl Schibe paint job. Run.... don't walk aw... read more
I seen a 58 thunderbird at wwvas sight fell in love with it , called them and talked to Ryan about the car, he said it was beautiful, I asked him if he would own it, he said 100%, so I sent the deposit, two days later I sent the rest of the money, on Ryan's word It was a good deal, well the car showed up the shipper said it don't run and when the guy loaded it at wwva he had to put gas in the carburetor and go like he'll to get it on the truck, the driver said to him are you really going to deliver it not running , he sai... read more
Ok so Worldwide has its ups and downs. I have read many reviews. Those that say they have bought many classic cars obviously haven't. Worldwide is a consignment dealer only. not a service dealer. the only thing they know about a car is their little check list and what the owner tells them. this means they are only interested in selling. at the least they tell you to have the inspected before purchasing. If you don't your on your own. Now the bad, when signed the contract and the deal is done they no longer have an intere... read more
Liars and cheats. Do not buy from them. They knew I would be driving 1500 miles home with the vehicle I bought from them. Barry the liar told me he would get the fluids topped off. That was bullshit. Radiator overflow was bone dry. Transfer case leaks terribly. They knew it too. That's why they pulled the vehicle outside. Leave it overnight in one place and get a puddle of fluid on the ground by morning. They hid that. Not one of the 4 headlights pointed the same direction and two were broken with condensation on the inside.... read more
Beware. These are nothing more than dishonest used car sales. They will tell you anything to sell a vehicle. Most positive reviews are from inhouse. IF you do do business with them, ALWAYS have an independent inspection. Many people have learned the hard way.
