My apartment uses this company for pest control and it is one of those companies that have ridiculous policy's. I called to get a eta of arrival and they told me that hey are not allowed to talk to the residents!!! What? Your coming into my home, our home where we have dogs and other things, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW WHEN YOU WILL ARRIVE!!!

The first time they came I’m not even sure they sprayed at all because none of the drawers were pulled out nor were the fridge, oven, or dishwasher pulled out. We didn’t find many corpses afterwards either. Another time we scheduled and they left a note with the office saying we left the deadbolt on which is not true. They just didn’t show. The most recent time they actually came but the problem is far from resolved so will be having to take everything out our kitchen yet again. The exterminators would rather complain why they're too tired to be bothered to spray even when the service is already paid for than to actually do their job. If you use their business, expect to have to convince and argue with the exterminator that you've waitied for a month to show up. They also had to spray the same location three times because they weren't being thorough. Only ever had one professional guy come out and that was out of several times they've sprayed our apartment.

the pest control that to my apartment complex were horrible they left there equipment at my apartment were my 3 year old could have hurt himself or someone's else. then all my lights were on in apartment. they not paying electric bill!!! then they left their lunch in my bathroom. this very unprofessional and i already reported to leasing manager

There were 2 technicians who came to my apartment. David Muro was training another gentleman and both were extremely professional. David is very knowledgeable concerning all types of pests. I feel very confident that I will never see a rat in my apartment again. So thankful my complex hired this company for the job. Give this man a raise !!
