My daughter was set to come for an appointment at 5:15 I took time off of work only to come all the way to their new location where is now super far too, once there the receptionist tells me that the ins was cancelled and that aI should’ve gotten a text message instead of them, calling me, I was left without an option to be seen with a PA and now my daughter did not get to see anyone. Very Disrespectful and vague from the receptionist who offered me to pay cash $150. Incredible how things work now days!
