Always very helpful. Omar in parts really knows his stuff
On Oct. 16 2017 I ordered three belts from my Continental washer. These belts were fairly expensive with a final ticket of 303.81. I paid extra to have the belts shipped two day air because as a commercial laundry down time is lost production. I heard nothing, nor did I receive nothing and on October 23rd I started trying to figure out why my belts were not delivered. At first I was told that the parts should have arrived already and was promised a call back after an investigation was completed. I never received a call back.... read more
