Worldwide repaired a water pump in my BMW 335i that froze due to improper coolant mixture levels(my fault) in some extreme cold a few weeks ago. They fixed that problem, and noticed some funny tire wear on the rear of the car. They gave the car a quick alignment without charge or issue, to prevent premature tire wear, costing me more money and downtime. That's how it's done. Recommend Worldwide 10/10!

Shawn and Mae are incredible people and business owners. I’ve never trusted a mechanic like I trust them before and I would recommend them to anyone. I owned a 2005 Volvo S40 that inevitably with age had some issues and Shawn went far above and beyond for me. He also taught me a lot about what he was doing and explained the work in a way that a (very much) non-mechanic could understand. He’s a really patient person and Mae might be the kindest woman I met in Traverse City.
