Our team typically works with Bryan Ashewood. Our team members are located at various locations in the US. Bryan works with our itinerary to have our team arrive onsite at near the same time and depart at the around the same time. He gives us the opportunity to confer amongst ourselves to ensure proper accommodations are suitable to everyone on the team. I had a Delta ticket agent tell me my flight was not paid for therefore she could not issue me the ticket (on a routine project site visit). I called Bryan Ashewood at WTS and he assured me that it was paid for, and proceeded to talk to the agent and navigate her through the system to see that my ticket was indeed, booked. She was new. Bryan is a joy to have in my corner when traveling!!!
