This office will never let me speak to the billing department. They overcharged me and the office owes me $100 that I have been trying to get refunded for over a year. They always tell me their billing office is offsite with NO direct number and they take a message and promise someone will call me. This never happens.
This honestly was the worst experience with any kind of doctor that I’ve ever had. First of all the doctor called my daughter a boy even though her gender was written on the form. This caused some insecurities for her. He didn’t even look at the effected area for more than a second before prescribing 3-5 creams. It felt like he was selling something to me.
