I work at automotive shop and we have nothing but problems with this Company there rude and never bring our parts on time and returns lol yeah that's a joke good luck trying to have a return done and when I can in there customer service is very poor rude and no help please please do not do business with this company there not worth it
I am a service writer for a large chain company and my store as a whole is very unhappy with the service we receive from this place. We have parts piling up on our counter that need to be returned and even when we order something and the driver is here ,they refuse to take them back. They are very rude and dismissive. From this point on I will not order so much as a bulb from world pack.
Worse company to work for, they will refuse to pay last check and blame you for everything goes wrong
