Terrible customer service. No one has the patience to actually hear me out and help me with my questions/requests. Both people I spoke to just kicked me around different departments and made me stayed on the line forever.

I went to pick up a part today from and auto parts store, and the kind lady told me they didn't have it yet and would call the company they were getting it from. I had to wait for over an hour watching her stress out talking to some guy from this company. He even had the audacity to say there is a 50 50 chance people even get their parts.
