If you lose something here expect the employees to take it. I tracked my AirPods to an employees apartment and management didn’t do anything
Sadly disappointed with this vacation experience, wasting my points for having to get my own housekeeping supplies towels toilet paper etc because of an understaffed resort. Could have stayed home to be doing g this. Grounds where clean, Pool was too just a lot of non member kids visiting which Resort should really check guest occupancy in their rooms. 1 room had 8 kids with 5 adults in it. I knew cause I asked in small talk
