The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. On our second morning, we experienced a water leak from the roof that briefly disrupted our plans. While it was a stressful start to the day, the team responded promptly and handled the situation efficiently. One area for improvement would be soundproofing, as we could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the floor above. Overall, despite a few inconveniences, the attentive service made a positive impression.
