Tucker at front desk was very polite but through no fault of his, Wyndham totally misrepresents the accommodations you are getting. It really is nothing more than a musty, redone Days Inn. Despite having just attended an owners update, we were browbeaten into attending another. The "lady" assigned to us was condescending, rude and dismissive. There is no reason any owner should be treated in the manner we were treated. We are filing a written complaint and also with the BBB.
This place is a joke! Screwed up our reservations big time then two days before we leave someone had painted a derogatory word on the wall by our door. All they could say is "we don't know what we can do for you". The next day we come back from a trip to Miami and the patio door is hanging wide open. According to security the only keys used for our room were the ones given to us. Wrong! The "engineer" was standing in my room the night before when the front door was shut. How did he get in there? It was really nice but just wish we could have had an ocean view , but we needed a 2 bedroom so we had a view of the intsrcoastal waterway .... it rained everyday and wish there would have been more activities for the kids to do
