Check in is at 4 and guess what its 4 and my room isnt ready, this is the worst after driving 9+ hours to ir destination, very dissatisfied!

We love this place, have been coming here since our grandson, Julian was an infant and he is now 11yrs. old. We are treated like family here and they have watched Julian grow up and are just as proud of him as we are with his accomplishments in life( going to participate in Junior Olympics for the second year in a row for Track & Field). We have been timeshare owners since 1986 and this is one of our favorite spots!!
Once you go timeshare you never want to go back to hotel or motel
