Been trying to get our room since 4:00, told 45 minutes, two hours later still no room. Ugh. But it's ok it is only 113 degrees outside so I have to sit in the car with it running to keep our groceries cold. (Sarcasm) Oh yay, you only get a voicemail when you ask to speak to a manager after being put on hold for 17 minutes.
One of my most favorite vacation spots!! It's hot but I love it for some strange reason ��

With a 4 o'clock check in. We arrived at 530 yet room not ready. They had a 6 to 1 ratio of working employees even with a line 10 guest deep. Never go if you are a "discovery" member. Unfortunately we were treated poorly. The studio bed was extremely uncomfortable and had this been my first experience with a Worldmark property, I would not consider ownership! I would however be back to the property on Tropicana in Las Vegas :) The pool was a 12 out of 10!
We've been owners since 2000. We love love love it! Never had a bad experience. I love the fact that it's a family atmosphere! The lazy river RULES!
