Having a wonderful time. This is my second time here.
The resort was great. I was there on a discovery package. Not full owners. I was told I would have to go to a 90 minute presentation. Or pay 100$ to skip. Ok first off I've paid my 3000$ for some initial points to try out the program. The sales staff here were absolutely ridiculous!! I told 3 different sales people "we are not interested in buying" then the 3rd guy starts basically belittling my wife and I. He even says " why are you even here" probably because I paid for the time and I plan on using � the same feeling as si... read more
Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was ready on time. I wasn't hassled when I declined the "quick & free owner breakfast". Although they did call the next day to see if I was attending, even though I already said no. Beautiful resort. I was a little surprised that for how beautiful it was on the outside, that the rooms weren't a little more updated. Bed was super comfy!! We enjoyed our pool time the most. Excellent resort we enjoyed it. Lazy river and pool was great. Customer service was nice. We will be back next year.
everything is just fine from service, cleanliness and facilities
First time there....everyone's so friendly...... .. Especially the young man that was selling hotdogs by the pool... Sorry... Can't remember his name.....very helpful.... All in all.... .... Awesome experience... Kids did not.. I repeat... Did not want to leave!!!! Lol... ... Had fun the whole time... Enjoyed our stay... Will definitely come back!!! =)
