I got roped into a presentation.... It took 4 hours instead of the promised 2, the agent got extremely rude when I declined, wouldn't accept no for an answer, and on top of it all, they LIED and said I didn't have a complete tour, clocking me out 2 hours early!! Therefore, I didn't receive the promised incentives for sitting through the garbage speech! This is a rip off, and a very very very very bad life decision!!! I have never been treated so unfairly in my life. Save your time and your money. Complete ripoff!!!!
Doesn't hold the standard of customer service or integrity of their staff as most Worldmark resorts. Such a shame in comparison.
Been a member since 10/1999 and I have never been disappointed nit one time.
Horrible customer service! We were told that their breakfast was 90 minutes and when we told them we had to be out of there right on the 90 minute mark due to prior commitments, our presenter completely stopped talking to us! Crossed his arms, shook his head, tapped his foot and wouldn’t even look at us. We didn’t know what to do until a different gentleman finally came and talked to us. He too, wasn’t very nice but at least we got our $20 deposit back. We felt unwelcome the rest of our trip. Would never recommend this place... read more
Absolutely love it here! They only have one entrance which has a gate guard 24/7, the staff is extremely friendly, the property is very clean... It's just an overall great experience here. They have a shuttle that will take you down to the strip every hour on the hour and will pick you up every hour on the half hour but... I mean to how could you do wrong with that.
