The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and accomadating. They also had a large selection of reptiles that are rarely seen in the Philadelphia area stores.
Shout out to this place! They are always helpful and friendly! They help me every time I’m in there looking for a hard to get brand of dog food. Always go out of their way to make sure your a happy customer! Highly recommend!
Awesome place! Very knowledgeable and helpful. I search all over for a fat tail gecko for my sons Christmas present and they were the only place within a 50 mile radius that had one. I asked if they could hold it for me and they did. All in all it was a very good experience for my son and me.
Awesome place ! They know their stuff and take the time to explain what you need to know with patience and kindness! I wouldn't be able to care for my turtle without their expertise and guidance! I love it there !
I fell in love with a pet rat. I made it abundantly clear I intended to buy the rat. I had the sales clerk help me pick food and bedding. When I got back to the counter, the rat had been sold as food. I'm not sure why anyone would be so cruel. That was cruel. Your store is there to turn a buck by any means necessary and your blatant meanness will not be forgotten and I wish on you the same treatment you gave to me and that poor doomed rat.
