Brady Jansen did a great job for me at World Toyota Collision Center. I only had a small body part that needed repainting. I had some time, so he worked with me to paint the part I had obtained at reasonable cost.

The main reason this place has a 1 star is the interaction I had with Richard Terrell. My sales person was great to work with, which is why I am debating if I should still get the car there or go somewhere else. This car sales manager was so disrespectful, first he pulled a hard inquiry even though I am financing with my credit union, but he also thought he could belittle me. I am going to reach out to the general manager and Toyota before deciding what I am going to do.
The service is fantastic. Allen my Service representative always make sure my needs are met. The people at World Toyota are extremely courteous. I highly recommend them.
