My husband took my Lexus in for an estimate. The estimate went from four thousand to eight thousand then back to seven thousand dollars. At no time did we authorize them to repair my car without my permission. Once we heard back from my insurance company, we contacted World Toyota Collision and told them that we didn't want them to make the repairs since we had not been given the opportunity to get a second opinion.
