Upon purchasing, I had a great experience. Sam in sales was fantastic. But any help I needed with my car after that was terrible. I bought a 2.5 year old forester with low miles. I brought it in 3 times because my brakes were screeching and they told me there was no sound. I recorded the sound on my phone and they said it wasn't coming from my car. My husband took it to someone else and had the problem fixed. The air conditioner also was terrible, I brought it in they said it worked fine. Called back months later they said j... read more

All the people that we interacted with at World Subaru were really nice, but especially our salesman, Girsh Berman and our customer care rep, Tar Mullins. Together they made the buying experience a pleasurable one. I would highly recommend getting your Subaru with them.

Just purchased my 2018 legacy sport today at World Subaru in Tinton Falls and they were awesome! Excellent experience with our salesman Tim, sales manager, finance department and even Toni who showed me how to use all the features in my car. Two free oil changes, free tire rotation, free one year subscription to emergency services, excellent deal made on my trade-in. All around 5 star experience! Ask for Tim!!

We bought a 2018 Impreza from World Subaru and it was a very pleasant experience. No hard sell, answered every question. Nicole Sciamarelli was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She showed me how to operate all of the new gadgets and safety features of the car. My salesman Josh Cavalieri was open and honest and couldn't have been more helpful throughout the process. Unbeknown to me, someone at a gas station broke the seal of my gas tank cover and a short while later, my "check engine" light lit up. I never thought it had anything to do with my visit to our local gas station. World Subaru diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly and efficiently! I don't mind going to World Subaru for any service my Crosstrek, (I named "Rue") needs, because they are polite, friendly and professional...oh, and VERY quick! Thanks World Subaru!
