I can not say enough about my sales person Sam Spenser, he is the best car sales person ever! I have leased a couple of cars through Sam and have always been satisfied. He is very pleasant person to do business with. And Nicole Sciamarelli, the Concierge, is a wonderful assist to the dealership. Nicole shows you how to navigate through the computer programming. Love working with them both!

I would like thank Nicole and Tara (Subaru Tech Experts) for the help that they have given me in the last month regarding questions that I have had about navigation, Starlink apps, and SXM traffic reports in Navigation. Bought used Mazda CX-5 here, great sales experience. Brought vehicle for complimentary free 1st oil change. I had a 9am appointment. It has been 1 hour 20 minutes so far. I inquired about 25 mins ago & was told pulling car around now. No car, no updates, no eye contact from anyone. Got car back just now at 10:32 am, received little more than a 1/2 hearted apology & was told next time schedule a loaner car because mine is not a Subaru & all non Subarus take much longer. Everytime I walk in, its a great experience. I recently leased a legacy and couldn't be more happy with the overall service and the car itself.
