Very disappointing and unprofessional experience: I had a very unpleasant experience at this pharmacy (WORLD PHARMACY). When I went to pick up my prescription on December 9, I asked the pharmacist (Dr. Parvaneh Vali) if my medications were covered. Without checking my information or even looking up my profile, she told me they were not covered “because of my age.” Later I found out this was incorrect, and my medications should have been covered under Ontario Works.
