Very disappointing and unprofessional experience: I had a very unpleasant experience at this pharmacy (WORLD PHARMACY). When I went to pick up my prescription on December 9, I asked the pharmacist (Dr. Parvaneh Vali) if my medications were covered. Without checking my information or even looking up my profile, she told me they were not covered “because of my age.” Later I found out this was incorrect, and my medications should have been covered under Ontario Works. I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a pharmacy The staff were unbelievably rude from the moment I walked in they acted as if helping customers was an inconvenience and their attitude was completely unprofessional I’ve never seen a place that shows this little respect or basic courtesy I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone, If you expect even the slightest bit of respect or competent customer service avoid this place
