Del Bristol stole my $48,000 deposit and fortunately he and his wife have been arrested. In my opinion, he is a criminal, plain and simple. Fortunately I am not as hurt as some of his other victims. Stay away.
We had our home built by Del and Serena Bristol 3 years ago. Multiple problems, water leaks, air blows through the house, logs not caulked, didn't add foam between logs, roof has to be replaced, no landscaping was done. we called and texted for three years only to be put off and when someone did come they just patched or silicone globbed for a temp fix. Knowing what I do now about World Outdoors I am changing my review to the lowest score I can give. Truly a shame what they have done to so many good people.
Don't do it. We gave Del and Serena Bristol of World Outdoor Log Homes $248k and our dream house sits unfinished and rotting, materials and sub-contractors were not paid, and our money is gone. We are not the only ones World Outdoor Log Homes has left in a complete lurch and looking for a way to complete the job. How can anyone do this to good people and sleep at night?
This scum has ruined the lives and dreams of quite a few people. Hes left a lot of people hurt and in ruins. He’s on the run with money that doesn’t belong to him; companies remain unpaid as well as subs. These poor families, companies, and subs. Who knows what else this guy has done. I pray they catch this man and he gets the proper consequences for his lack of professionalism, fraud, theft etc. I’m speechless. What I’ve said above is enough.
