RecommendedI went in not knowing what kind of flowers would look good in my planters... Nikki helped me buy looking at my planters and helping me choose the right mix of flowers! I got home and they look wonderful! I would highly recommend WOE!! Great customer service!

Highly recommend this place! They are always so kind and respectful when I come there! By far, the best selections in town.
The quality, service, and expertise are always the best. There is usually a wait time for service, but that's because it's so busy - because it's so awesome. This is not a place you can just "get in and get out" but why would you want to? For me it's as fun to shop as visiting the Botanical Gardens!
The staff was extremely rude to me today. We have been here many times. Due to covid, the girl with the blonde hair at the front desk was extremely rude and totally embarrassed me when I walked in to pay for our items with my fiancé. She was a total snob and yelled at me to go outside. No one told us prior to going in that only one person could come in at a time. I really have been trying to support local business during the Covid-19 crisis and was looking for a particular item. Person who answered the phone blew me off and gave me the impression that she didn't want to be bothered. Guess that sale won't be happening.
Office staff wouldn’t give me the time of day. I was just asking for info about bricks. I was told to “just walk around until I found something” and that she “wasn’t gonna build my wall for me”. So I walked to my truck and took my business elsewhere. The guys actually doing work on the forklifts were great tho - it’s a shame the office staff doesn’t share the same approach.
