I recently sent some glasses in to World Optic to have some nose arms/pads installed on a pair of plastic/acetate glasses. My first repair with this company did not turn out well, but I sent them back and they went above and beyond repairing their repair and also doing a freebee for me om another pair for messing up the first repair. I am so glad that I sent my glasses to World Optic. I was really worried that my glasses would get lost or that it would take a long time, but they shipped very quickly there and they shipped back quickly as well. The whole process from start to finish took a week. Super speedy! Any time I messaged them, I always got a courteous and prompt response as well.
