I sent them my glasses and didn't hear from them for about a week. So I sent an email asking for an update. Was told they would be repaired and shipped the next day. It is now 3 weeks later and still no glasses and no explanation. Very unhappy customer.

I came a long way from home to get my eyeglasses repaired, due to the fact that other establishments were not able to o so. The entire process took about 1hr and 20 minutes. But there are plenty of businesses surrounding them to keep you busy. Moving along, I reenter Worldoptic to pick up my glasses, only to find out that they found another issue with my glasses and wanted to repair it for free. I had no idea World Optic existed. I'm so happy that I now know about them. I have a pair of plastic eyeglasses that I really like. The problem I had was that most plastic frames have no nose pads and my eyelashes would touch the inside of the lenses and were perpetually dirty. Without nose pads, they sat too close to my face. I just wanted to write to send my heartfelt thank you for the amazing work done on my favorite plastic Warby Parker frames. I have a low bridge and while the frames fit okay, I just needed a small lift on the nose so the frames would fit better. I took a risk on World Optic not knowing or trusting how safe or secure it was and it was scary to think I would be sending my favorite frames away to the unknown. An arm broke off my favorite glasses. It needed to be welded back on and no one in my area did that. I sent them to World Optic. very quickly I received a quote to repair. They paid for shipping both ways. I sent the money and was very happy with the repair. They look brand new, easy and very professional transaction. World optic is a place that does great work I had sent my glasses in to have the screw in the left hand side and drilled out and replaced. I got my glasses back perfect and to boot they change the nose guards cleaned up my glasses sent them back in a timely fashion I can't say enough about this company it's a pleasure when you find a place that really takes care of you the right way thank you

I recently sent some glasses in to World Optic to have some nose arms/pads installed on a pair of plastic/acetate glasses. My first repair with this company did not turn out well, but I sent them back and they went above and beyond repairing their repair and also doing a freebee for me om another pair for messing up the first repair.
