My wife and I parked in a handicapped space on the second floor on Sunday because I need to use a walker due to my recent knee surgery. None of the elevators worked! There are three elevators and none of them were working! We paid $20 for a space in the garage and my wife needed to carry my walker down the stairs while held onto the handrail and slowly made my way down the stairs and then again back up when we wanted to leave. Dirty and dysfunctional, only 1 of the 3 elevators ever works, and that's not even all the time. The elevator cab is missing at least 1 button, and the smell varies from faint to heavy urine and BO. I've had to climb 7 flights of stairs here more than once. Few of the exterior doors close, so all the elevator lobbies are effectively unconditioned. It's pretty telling that even on a Colts home game Sunday, the top few floors are completely vacant, despite being two blocks from the stadium. It seems most people choose to park ... read more
