Chatted online after regular biz hours to confirm availability of vehicle. Then received call next morning and made appointment to look at it. When I showed up (about 15 min late, my bad!), the salesman I had talked to was gone for lunch. I then found out from his colleague that the car was gone too, at one of their other locations! He said the first guy would call me back, but he never did.
