A shout out to the World of Vision crew!!! I broke my glasses a few days, I had bought them in January. When I went in they had the same glasses and my glasses were under warranty so they swapped them out!! Great service! I was thinking I would have some out of pocket money to spend! As always kind and considerate!!! Thank you so much!!!
I'm not a patient of WOV and I don't live in Iowa. I visit Ankeny a couple times a year. About a year ago on one of my visits I had eye surgery just a few days before my trip. My eye surgeon in AZ was concerned about my travels and wanted me to check my eye pressure. I walked into World of Vision and their team really understood what was going on. They got me right in a chair and checked my eye pressure so I could text the results to my surgeon in AZ. Happy to say all was good and I'm great-full that they did this for me wit... read more
