Absolute worst run and unscrupulous company. I was hit hard by the 2008 market crash that cost me to almost lose my home. My business was secured by my home yet we were never late in mortgage. I did get a couple payments behind in HOA fees to where WOH tried to lien the property. Sloppy services. Faulty accounting. Poor landscape services monitoring to the point that lawn had to be replaced twice. World of homes lost two of the three boxes of our records under their custody for which we paid several thousand dollars. Cheap company, cheap services...🤮🤬🥵😡😠
This company is horrible. Do not hire them! They take your money and do nothing but harass home owners for trivial things. They send a first notice and call it a second notice. They send a third notice even after something has been done. They sent me a notice to pressure wash my driveway again two months after it was done. Very unprofessional and sloppy accountability.
