Garbage non-existent service. Just left there; we sat down and received ZERO acknowledgement from the staff for about 30 minutes. Multiple servers passed by us, served the table right behind us, and yet ignored us the whole time. We gave up and went elsewhere after the 30 minutes. We will not be back and will continue to just support our local brewpubs directly instead. It's a shame, because the Tampa locations are pretty solid.
Your karaoke DJ is unprofessional and very rude worse DJ I have ever seen . I saw him make fun of some of his singers while they were singing and I know some others saw it to and said something to me about how rude he was . Get you another DJ and maybe I'll be back I'm telling everyone who goes on karaoke night not to go cause of him . If you got a good DJ you will pack the house till you close .
I wish I could give a rating. However, the wait staff kept my husband and me waiting. No one even acknowledged our presence. It's not as if the personnel was busy. They were standing together, chit chatting and having a great time. Giving service was the last thing on their mind. We're not coming back and will discourage our friends from going there too. WOB Management: every customer has two hundred friends. That's a lot of business to loose.
Service is hit or miss, food hit or miss, and they don’t care at all?
Wings were good but service wasn’t. One girl was the only o e waiting on entire place.

It’s a shame a place named World of Beer does not serve cold beer. My beer in a bottle was not cold and their glasses are warm or room temperature making drinking a beer terrible. The manager said they use warm glasses so the beer can breath or something similar, I was so shocked I can’t remember, are you kidding me! The $5 Burger night, Monday, is ok but everything thing is an additional upcharge. I do not recommend World of Beer! p.s. I love a cold beer and a burger!!!

I want to like WoB more than I actually like it. The concept and ambiance is good — but everything takes forever. The wait staff is nice — so it’s not that. I can’t figure it out. Maybe it’s just not for me. Like, do young foodies like hanging out for hours just for a beer and burger? Because that’s not my thing. The entire staff appears very disjointed and disorganised.
